Allow me to introduce myself (as the Major Thompson says...)

Dr. Didier Besset has joined Gap Gemini Ernst & Young in August 2000 and works as an Object-Oriented Architect. He is involved in the development of several Internet based projects developed with Java Servlets. Didier Besset obtained a Ph.D. in High Energy Physics (HEP) and has followed an academic carrier to reach an Assistant Professor position at the department of physics of Princeton University. After leaving the academic track in 1985, he developed several Expert Systems and quickly becomes an adept of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Smalltalk, then Java. He has been the leader in several large IT projects including OOP and relational databases in medical, technical and financial domains. He is also the author of the book “Object-Oriented Implementation of Numerical Methods??? published by Morgan Kaufmann Publishers (ISBN 1-55860-679-3).
